Veterinary Virologist / Clinical Pathologist

Biobest is a specialist veterinary virology and serology laboratory providing a range of diagnostic services to vets, farmers and companies working in animal health. We need an additional full/part-time vet to assist with the delivery of professional services. Duties will include providing interpretation of test results and appropriate advice, particularly in relation to submissions from cattle health scheme members. Depending upon experience, there will be an opportunity to liaise with scientific colleagues in the development and validation of diagnostic assays. Experience of working in an academic or commercial laboratory setting is preferred, but individuals with a practice background and an interest in laboratory medicine are encouraged to apply.
